ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Prescott, Arizona.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM with 30-minute unpaid lunch break
\n• Every other weekend requirement (2 weekends per 4-week schedule)
\n• Holiday requirement for Christmas, New Year's, and Thanksgiving (work 2 days and 1 evening or 2 evenings and 1 day)
\n• Patient ratio of 1:5 on telemetry unit with 48 beds (units 4A and 4B)
\n• No call or standby requirements
\n• May float to East Campus and possibly PCU if qualified
\n• Navy blue scrubs required
\n• One shift of unit orientation provided
\n• Self-scheduling used but subject to manager approval for balance
\n• CERNER charting system experience recommended
\n• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
\n• Must be able to read basic telemetry strips and interpret/sign strips at least once per shift
\n• Experience required with general and orthopedic surgical patients, CVA, and TIA
\n• Care for patients with various diagnoses including COVID, respiratory conditions, GI issues, diabetes, telemetry, stroke patients, and surgical patients
\n• Work with equipment including BiPAP, CPAP, high flow oxygen, and breathing treatments
\n• No drip titration required - only set rate diltiazem
\n• BSN not required
